Chapter four, The Calming of the Sea, scripture story, Jesus’ public
ministry, miracles of Jesus, pgs. 37-44. Go over the beginning of the
Rosary, review the Apostle’s Creed learned in 3rd grade classes.
Chapter five, Great Is the Lord, Our God, attributes of God, God the Father,
God the Creator, original sin pg. 45-52. Go over the beginning of the
Rosary, review the Apostle’s Creed learned in 3rd grade classes.
Attend Mass with your religious education class. Parents, please work at
home with your child on the prayers of the rosary.
Cover this chapter this week to discuss saints and All Saints Day. Chapter
ten, Thy Kingdom Come, The church a the Body of Christ; the Marks of the
Church; eternal life, heaven, purgatory, hell, the Communion of saints, the
kingdom of God, pg. 85-92. Pray a decade of the rosary in class.
