Conduct Review Board Application
2014 – 2015
Residential Life at SF State is looking for members to join the Conduct Review Board. C-Board is an
opportunity for residents to participate in their community in a positive and interactive way; the primary
focus of C-Board is to provide peer mediation of student conflicts and peer review of alleged violations.
C-Board members are role models in the community and help foster a positive and encouraging impression
in the residential community.
APPLICATION PROCESS
The application process is a simple procedure consisting of three parts:
1. Complete application in its entirety (incomplete applications will not be accepted)
2. Send application to SFSUCommunityAssistant@gmail.com
3. Attend C-Board training on Friday, September 12th from 2:00pm-6:00pm AND Saturday, September
13th from 9:00am – 5:00pm
TRAINING DATES
All applicants must be available to attend MANDATORY training on Friday, September 12th from 2:00pm6:00pm AND Saturday, September 13th from 9:00am – 5:00pm. Students cannot participate if they do not
attend both training sessions.
This training will provide an opportunity to learn the in’s and out’s of Residential Life at SF State and the
conduct process. In addition, attendees will be able to learn about the valuable role that C-Board plays in the
Residential Life Community and the University as a whole. Sign-ups for board meeting nights will take place
during training.
BOARD MEETING NIGHTS
C-Board meetings take place on a weekly basis beginning mid-September (9/15- 9/19). Applicants must be
available for at least one of the following meeting dates/times (times and days may change for spring
semester):
 Mondays 6:00pm – 8:00pm
 Tuesdays: 6:00pm-8:00pm
 Tuesdays: 8:00pm-10:00pm
 Wednesdays: 7:00pm-9:00pm
 Thursdays: 7:00pm-9:00pm
