Viet Nam Social Protection Course, 17th to 22nd August 2015
Sample Outline Programme
Note: The course will be based on the tried and tested approach used last year, but emphasize the
delivery of reforms and systems building. The course will be made up of 2 parts: 2 ½ days focussed on
policy issues (attended by the whole group); and 2 further days covering analytical tools (attended by
technical staff). Primary inputs will provided by the International Consultant (& his/ her associate),
and supplementary presentations will be made by UNDP & GOVN staff.
