NB: Your Fertiliser Plan should be submitted ONLINE with your 2016 Nitrates Derogation Application unless you
have submitted a Fertiliser Plan to the Department in either 2013, 2014 or 2015, or have a valid REPS 4 adjusted
plan in place prepared in 2013 or later.
The Fertiliser Plan must be available on your holding by 1st March each year. You must revise the Fertiliser Plan
no later than seven days following any changes in agricultural practices.
You must keep the Fertiliser Accounts up to date. After the end of the current calendar year, the completed
Fertiliser Accounts must be submitted ONLINE by 31st March 2017.
