Persuasive Essay Proofreading Checklist for _________________________
In addition to adding comments and corrections on the paper, this is a checklist of items that
I will be looking for on your final drafts. Check off those that are OK and circle or
highlight those that need work before the final draft is completed.
First Look—things you know just from looking at the essay
