Make sure you meet the postmark deadlines Yearling Does/Bucks & Wethers Doe, Wether and Buck Kids entered in the 2015 Weanling Futurity will be eligible for the 2015 Yearling Futurity. 1. Only yearling Does, Bucks and wethers that were sustained in SPPGA’s 2014 Weanling Futurities may be sustained for the SPPGA Yearling Futurities in 2015. 2. A sustaining fee of $5.00, along with the Doe/Buck/Wether’s registered name and NPGA registration number must be sent to the Futurity Chairman, postmarked no later than 1-31-15. A late sustaining fee of $7.50 for Does and Bucks, $5.00 for Wethers will be accepted if postmarked by February 16, 2015. All dates are final. 3. A sustaining fee for each Doe/Buck/Wether nominated of $5.00 must be received by the Futurity Chairman, postmarked no later than 4-2-15. A late sustaining fee of $7.50 for Does, Bucks and Wethers will be accepted if postmarked by April 15, 2015. All dates are final. 4. A final sustaining fee of $5.00 for each Doe/Buck/Wether must be postmarked by 4-21-15. A late sustaining fee of $7.50 for Does, Bucks and Wethers will be accepted if postmarked by April 28, 2015. All dates are final. 5. All Yearling Doe Futurity entries will show in the Junior Yearling Futurity Doe class May 3, 2015. All Yearling Buck Futurity entries will shown in the Junior Yearling Futurity Buck class May 3, 2015, p.m. Buck Show. All Yearling Wether Futurity entries will show in the Junior Yearling Futurity Wether class Sunday, May 4, 2015. Original registration papers will be required to be checked by the Show Chairman at the time of check-in. They will be judged according to the NPGA Breed Standard. 6. All Futurity fees collected will be credited accordingly to Does/Bucks and will be divided and paid as premiums to the top five Futurity placements in the following increments: 1st - 30% 2nd - 25% 3rd - 20% 4th - 15% 5th - 10% 7. After initial entry, there shall be no refunds for withdrawal for any reason. If the fees are not paid on time, the entry will be disqualified and fees forfeited. The only exception is in the event the show is not held, in which case the Futurity will be canceled and fees returned to the entrants, minus any Futurity expenses already paid. 8. If the nominated Doe/Buck is sold, its Futurity rights continue to the new owner subject to the foregoing rules. Premiums will be paid to the owner at the time of the show as verified by registration papers.
