RSS Project Graduation 2014
In order to attend the Project Graduation celebration, every Senior must turn in the first two
pages of this packet. The form on the last page is needed only if you’re bringing a guest.
Tickets and Contract info
Select a club level you would like…at a minimum choose the “White Club” membership, enter
t-shirt size, and include $10 if you want a t-shirt AND get the senior contract page signed by
parents. Deadline to order t-shirt is May 5th
If you want to earn additional door prize ticket chances and a “free” t-shirt, then select the
Ranger, Silver, or Blue Club donation level and attach payment (no cost for t-shirt if selecting
one of these options).
*All Sterling seniors can earn tickets for door prizes at the Project Graduation event by:
*Passing all classes for each 6 weeks is 1 ticket
*1.5 tickets for all A’s and B’s for each 6 weeks
*1.5 tickets per hour worked at each Texans event (18 yrs & older only)
*2 tickets for all A’s each six weeks
*1 ticket for no unexcused absences each 6 weeks
*For Senior Serve, one ticket for every $100.00 your donated item is worth for the silent auction and 1
ticket for every $100.00 you have in table money and tips
*One ticket for each $100 donation to Project Graduation
*Tickets will be given for Ranger, Silver and Blue Club levels
*Selling cokes (1 ticket for every $100.00 sold)
*Tickets will be given to those who help with the delivery of the cokes
*Senior Serve (practice time included)-February 1
*Powder Puff (practice time included)-April 13
*PG Golf Tournament-April 12
*Flamingoes (1 ticket for every $100.00 collected)
*Ravishing Ranger (ticket sales) (practice time included for RR)-November 16
*One ticket for signing a contract to attend the Project Graduation event
*Just prior to the Project Graduation event you can donate gift cards and earn one ticket for every $100
(e.g. five $20 gift cards or four $25 gift cards, or two $50 gift cards, or one $100 gift card)

STUDENT: I agree to be and remain alcohol and drug free when I attend Project Graduation at Sterling
High School on June 7, 2014, from 9:00 pm – 5:00am. I understand that if I leave the event, I cannot
return. In addition, I understand that an attempt will be made to notify my parents/guardians at the
number(s) listed below if I have indicated that I plan to attend (by turning in my Club Membership form)
but do not attend or if I leave before 5:00am.

PARENT: I agree that my student will remain alcohol and drug free at Project Graduation. I understand
that my student will not be able to return if he/she leaves the event. If he/she indicated that he/she
would attend the event (by turning in the Club Membership form) and does not arrive, or if he/she
leaves, I will be notified at the number(s) listed below, and I will take responsibility. In addition, I agree
to release Project Graduation Organization and Goose Creek Consolidated Independent School District,
their agents, officers, employees, and volunteers from any liability arising from my child’s attendance or
participation in Project Graduation. I also give them permission to seek medical assistance for my child, if
needed.
