CAFTA can only accept volunteer attorneys covered by their own or their firm’s malpractice insurance that
covers pro bono legal services.

IV. Membership and Participation
Colorado Business Committee for the Arts (CBCA) is a membership-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. If
you are an employee of a law firm that is currently a CBCA Member, you are eligible to participate in CAFTA.
You can also join CBCA as an Individual Member, which offers additional benefits throughout the year. Visit
cbca.org/membership/member-list to check if you’re a member. If you or your company is interested in
becoming a member of CBCA, please contact main@cbca.org.
CBCA requests all non-member volunteer attorneys pay a nominal registration fee of $20 to process their
initial application. This one-time administrative fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
