Membership and Participation Colorado Business Committee for the Arts (CBCA) is a membership-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. If you are an employee of a law firm that is currently a CBCA Member, you are eligible to participate in CAFTA. CBCA requests all non-member volunteer attorneys pay a nominal registration fee of $20 to process their initial application. This one-time administrative fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
