THE SENATE
1.1
The Senate shall consist of the following persons (or such other persons as
shall from time to time be carrying out the functions of the persons named
below):

the Principal, the Vice-Principal and the Deputy Principals;
the Deans of the Faculties;
such Directors or Heads of Professional Services as may be
determined by the Court on the recommendation of the Senate;
the Heads of the academic departments as may be determined
by the Court on the recommendation of the Senate;
such numbers of the Academic Staff, Research Staff and
Teaching Staff as may be determined from time to time by the
Court on the recommendation of the Senate; and
such other members not exceeding five in number as may be
determined by the Court on the recommendation of the Senate.
