RAFFLE TICKETS
Each member is responsible for a participation fee in
the Association’s annual primary money-making project
. RAFFLE TICKET SALES will be due at the Memorial Day
event (Spring Membership Meeting 5/25/15) or postmarked
by May 29th if mailed to the Secretary.
PLEASE INDIVIDUALLY CUT TICKETS AND SEAL INSIDE AN ENVELOPE WITH
INDIVIDUAL/FAMILY NAME & TOTAL NUMBER SOLD CLEARLY INDICATED ON THE
OUTSIDE BEFORE TURNING IN.
Each membership MUST sell a minimum of $50 worth of tickets. Failure to do so will result
in the individual or family forfeiting awards for the current year and the following year. Fulfillment of
this participation fee in no way releases members from the obligation to secure a donation for each
division to which points are reported.
Additional raffle tickets can be sold for bonus points:
$100 total ticket sales = 25 bonus points.
SPRING GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
MAY 25, 2015 * 10:00 am
SALINE COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS ARENA
Members will receive 25 bonus points to the divisions of choice for attending this meeting.
Members (including children) must attend the entire meeting to receive bonus points.
** Potential rule changes for the 2015-2016 ABRA Season will be discussed. **
The Jackpot & Horse Show held on this day will also be an ABRA Major Money Maker
Event. 15 bonus points are available to members for working a minimum of 2 hours.
