As you know, we use case studies extensively in Geography to attach the theory that we learn to the places in the world where it happens. As geographers, we must have a good global understanding of issues and case studies whilst recognizing that global development links in how countries deal with geographical issues such as increasing populations or destructive earthquakes and tsunamis. It is really important that you revise key data for case study countries such as HDI ranking (literacy rates, GDP PPP & life expectancy – on a scale from 0 – 1)
