Priority to book exhibition space, advertising and satellite symposia related to ESTRO conferences (excl. joint events) in
advance of non-members companies. In case of duplicated requests, priority will be given on a first-come, first-served
basis.
During ESTRO conferences, you are entitled to 1 complimentary full exhibitor badge (including access to scientific
sessions) + 2 complimentary regular exhibitor badges (access to exhibition only) per 9 sqm booth space rented.
Preferential fee on company exhibitors’ badges during conferences
Possibility to sponsor participants for ESTRO conferences at the early rate. The registration list with the sponsored
participant’s names must be sent by the company to ESTRO directly. This does not apply to company delegates
registration.
Corporate member acknowledgement in conference programme book
Complimentary company brief description in programme book (max. 80 characters).
