Vista View Elementary School Portable Classroom Condition Rating

The intent of this document is to assist the district is documenting the current conditions of the portable classrooms at your building and to assist in the collection of information as we advertise the sale of these buildings. Entry hallways are unheated and in rough shape.

Decks bad

Exit doors from the hallway are in pretty bad shape and the exit deck off 109 is old and in tough shape.

Windows new in 1996; Doors Bad

Room 109 one working heater and a/c unit; one space heater to replace the other unit.

Room 110 two new unit heaters and two of the old style that are hit and miss for heat and a/c.

Room 111 two new unit heaters, one old style that doesn’t work very well.

All water is off for Room 109

Room 110 no hot water, cold only.

Bathroom in bad shape, fixtures need to be replaced.

Room 111 cold water only no hot water heater, bathroom is in bad shape.

We have some spots were water damage and spots have occurred over the years.

The fresh water pipes and the sewer lines have been frozen many times over the years.

All three rooms have the original 12x12 tile.

Hard to say what shape the sub floors are in but appear to be solid.

Room 109 Carpet is worn.

Room 110 floor needs to be replaced.

Fire Alarm

All three rooms have the new T-8 light bulbs.

We have working smoke detection in all three units and motion sensors in all three.
