1969 Turbo Centurion CT 210 J
Need an airplane that can take off or land in only 300 feet? The highly regarded Robertson
Short Take Off and Landing (STOL) conversion installed on this aircraft lowers the ailerons in
conjunction with the flaps in addition to wing modifications. This results in the ability to land or
take off while using only 300 feet of runway – about ½ the distance of a standard 210. It also
reduces the full load stall speed to only 46 knots.
Want to get above the clouds when the weather hits? The turbocharged 285HP fuel injected
engine gives this airplane a service ceiling of 30,200 feet.
Want to cruise at 24,000 feet at over 220 mph? This is the plane.
Want an airplane with long legs? The tanks on this plane will give you a range of over 1400
miles if optimized for range or 1190 miles if optimized for performance (222mph/24000ft).
Want to be able to carry a load? This airplane has a useful load of 1120#. It also has the factory
optional 4 place configuration which gives added baggage space over the 6 place 210’s.
Want an engine that runs smoother, cooler and more efficiently than the production
Continental TSIO-520 engines? With the balanced GAMI injectors installed on this engine, you
can set the mixture to lean of peak which results in cooler head temperatures, cleaner
operation, and reduce fuel consumption while maintaining the same speed (thanks again to the
turbo). I typically cruise at 10,000 feet and 155 knots while burning only 12.5 gal/hour of fuel.
Want a well instrumented IFR airplane? This airplane is equipped with the full range of “top of
the line” Bendix King Avionics. Compete avionic include:
KX 165 flip/flop NavCom with Glide Slope
KX 155 flip/flop NavCom
KMA 24H Audio Panel
