Cathedral Academy Upper School Supply List
2014 -2015
Once again the school has purchased required school supplies for students in grades 4th through 8th.
The grade level supplies will be given to the students on the first day of school. Therefore, payment
for these supplies must be received by Friday, August 22nd. You may send a check for the grade level
amount during the summer, or stop in to the school office during the months of July and August from
8am – 1pm. We will accept cash or checks made payable to Cathedral Academy. All students must
purchase the grade level supplies listed below:
