Byelaw 10 – Winkles: No person shall remove from a fishery any winkle that pass easily through a gauge within a square opening of 16mm Byelaw 17 – Fixed Engines (nets): No fixed engines may be set in the waters inshore of a line drawn from Season Point to Mouthstone Point on the River Yealm Byelaw 19 – Prohibiting Netting: No net shall be used for taking fish in all tidal waters inside a line drawn 203o True from Season Point to Mouthstone Point Byelaw 22 – Pots used for fishing for Crustacea: Escape gap must be fitted to any pot, which has an entrance fitted with a soft eye, to be used for the fishing of brown crabs, lobsters and spider crabs. The permitted fishery is restricted in gear type used, time of year, time of day and boat size.
