1 Preface
Progressive reforms of economic life in Kazakhstan, changes in the external economic
relations, and also need for maintenance of business and trade relations with foreign partners
make new demands to vocational training of experts in the field of economy, business and
management. A modern expert meeting constantly increasing requirements of competitiveness
on a labor market, has to have a high level of language preparation. In this regard at the present
stage of higher education development, English has become one of the most demanded subjects.
It is considered as an obligatory component of vocational training of a graduate. English is not
simply one of tools for mastering professional knowledge, but a necessary and indisputable
