-------------------NOTICE - WARNING
------------------------------------We would like to inform you that local authorities of Municipality are very strict
for sea pollution. The law for protection of the Environment declare pollution also
the “Dirty Water”.
According regulations, they are imposing following fines to the vessels occuring
sea pollution.
All type of vessels up to grt 1000 usd. 21.000.- (as from 01/01/2013)
All type of vessels over grt 1001 usd. 41.000.- (as from 01/01/2013)
Tankers which discharging dirty ballast/bilge waters usd. 205.000.- (as from 01/01/2013)
above fines are payable at once in cash or by Bank guaranty letter otherwise vessels
are not permitted to perform their voyages by the Harbour Master’s and by the
Coast Guard Authorities.
In case of a vessel will repeat or occurs another pollutions within 3(three) years period
Then above fine are doubled .
We are kindly requesting you to give much possible attention regarding sea pollution
( including garbage, painting, oil, bilges, clean ballast, dirty ballast, all kinds of residues,
kitchen waters,dirty waters, WC waters, laundry waters with detergent also lavatory soap
waters, shower waters,dust,rust,chemicals,seawage etc. ) inorder to avoid such unlikely
problems. Please have close everything except the cooling water which must be also clear.
Fyi any pollution problem which will occurs by the vessel there is imprisonment up to 3
years.
