INTIMATIONS
Welcome, everyone! A special welcome to Rebecca Cadie who
will present her plans for the refurbishment of the church and hall
after the service.
After the service, to save time, no coffee/tea will be served
downstairs. But juice will be served in the Side Chapel for any
staying for the presentation who wish it. Grant Donald will sing his
songs, "A New Beginning" and "Room To Grow" while we wait.
Young Church meets as usual today and there’s a Crèche for wee
ones aged 0-4 years downstairs.
The Guild will be joined by Ann Jolly and "We-Vollution" on Tuesday
at 7.30p.m. in the Church Hall. Leader Irene Scott will welcome
everyone.
Next Sunday, services as usual at 9.45 and 11am – bring your
Shoeboxes for the Blythswood Shoebox Appeal; if you can’t make it
next week, November 2nd will do. More leaflets are on pulpit table if
you would like to prepare and gift a shoebox. Leaflets can also be
downloaded from www.shoeboxappeal.org
The Joint Service of the Fellowship of Kilmarnock Churches is next
week in St. Joseph’s at 3pm
Prayers of Dedication, Thanksgiving and Intercession
On 29th October, in St. John’s Onthank, a meeting on “Awareness
of Dementia”. Advice and discussion about what facilities and help
are available. 7-9pm.
