This person can be a faculty, staff or a member of the Nashville community. ************************************************************************************************** Statement of Understanding I understand that if I am accepted into the McGill Project, in order to reserve my space, I must file a completed Vanderbilt Housing Contract and the $200 deposit by the published deadline. I understand that if I fail to make my room deposit by the deadline, I will lose my appointment to the McGill Project. I understand that if I am accepted into the McGill Project and I confirm that acceptance by making a room deposit, I will not be eligible to participate in the random selection process. I understand that if accepted, I will be expected to abide by Vanderbilt University housing policies and regulations. Furthermore, I will participate in McGill Project activities and any efforts to render the Project financially self-sufficient, which will be determined by the group decision in consultation with the McGill Executive Council. I understand that if I am accepted into the McGill Project and choose to live in McGill, I agree to participate in the McGill Project. I understand that I am expected to attend a minimum of 25% of McGill functions such as McGill Hours and monthly residence hall meetings. Furthermore, I will pay dues of no more than $15 per semester to render the Project financially self-sufficient. McGill Project members who fail to pay their dues, and fail to attend monthly residence hall meetings and weekly McGill Hours may be re-evaluated by the McGill Executive Council. In consultation with the McGill Executive Council, the Office of Housing and Residential Education may reassign a McGill Project member to another residence hall for failure to participate in the McGill Project program.
