Kindergarten Observation Tool is an observation-based assessment tool that will be used as children
enter kindergarten. The observation tool uses a rubric rating system to observe student behaviors
and skills in the natural classroom and school environments.
National Assessment of Educational Progress (National student performance indicator in reading,
math, and science)
Measures of Academic Progress (This is the Northwest Evaluation Association State & District triannual mandated assessment to measure student performance in English language arts and math.
Data is also used to drive instruction and intervention targets in the classroom or school-wide
initiatives to meet student learning needs)

the most significant disabilities; used to measure performance in reading and math )
Native Language Proficiency (Woodcock-Munoz or Dine language assessments used to measure

levels and provides norm-referenced reading scores for students in grades 1 through 12.
WIDA-ACCESS Placement Test (State mandated assessment to measure student proficiency in English

Goal Profile Sheets (Individualized student profile sheets that map out student progress in MAPS
assessment and other local assessments that serve as a data picture for a student and aide in
decisions made in student achievement)
