 I worked as a registered Nurse in Surgical Ward in Panjabaro Deshmukh
Memorial Medical College Hospital,
Panjabrao Deshmukh Hospital, is a 540 Bedded Multi specialty Medical College
Hospital. The major clinical departments are orthopedics, General medicine,
Cardiology, Radiology, Dermatology, Dental Neurology, Gastrology,
Gynecology, Paediatrics, Neonatology, General Surgery, ENT, Ophthalmology,
Psychiatry, and has facilities like casualty and emergency care unit, operation
theatre complex, CT scan, MRI scan, Echocardiogram, EEG etc…..
 I worked as a staff Nurse in General ward in Puthiyedam General Hospital,
Paika, Kottayam Dist., Kerala.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To practice nursing within professional code of ethics
2. To asses, plan, implement and evaluate care to the highest professional and
ethical standards.
3. Perform cardiac and surgical nursing procedures and treatments, maintain
appropriate records of nursing care, patient conditions and their response to the
treatment.
