Student does all from the meeting box plus:
[ ] Consistently and thoroughly justifies all possible solutions.
Student does ALL of the following:
[ ] Recognize opposite signs as indicating locations on opposite sides of 0 on the # line.
[ ] Graph integers & other rational #’s on the # number line & ordered pairs with + and – signs in the coordinate plane.
[ ] Recognize the opposite of the opposite of a number is the number itself & that the opposite of 0 is 0.
[ ] Understand the location of an ordered pair in a quadrant is determined by the signs in the ordered pair.
[ ] Recognize that two ordered pairs differing by signs only are related by reflections across one or both axes
Approaching Student understands some of the above standard.
Beginning Student understands little or none of the standard.
