Part.3 Who decide what content and curriculum should be taught in the institute? -In the begging the institute SEHAI has many cooperation with many Japanese companies. It was a lot like Sony, OLAYAN, Almarai, Aless, Nikon, Zagzoog for Home Appliances, SAMSUNG, DAIKIN, Toshiba, Sharp and JCCME. And about the who decide what content and curriculum should be taught in the institute is the same company , because the students will be able to fix (prepare) the same producer. 10 SAUDI ELECTRONICSAND HOME APPLIANCE INSTITUTE How many students got benefit from the cooperation between the institute and partners, so far? They told as all students got benefits, because they sing with company from the begging, so all students got benefits. And the total of student who graduation is 200 and something. Any way the students have nice job, because they do what they learn. What is happening for the students after graduation? After graduation all students go to their jobs, so they don’t Waite or looking for a job, and this is a benefit , because they will use all what they study in their institute , so they will be experiment in the future , because they uses what they learn without any interrupt . In my opinion the institute was more than good, because they make sure the students have their job after they graduation and they have grate system in the institute for teaching and punctuality. So the out coming from the institute will be like the students in Japan come on time live on time do their job help other friends . In short the institute is good place to study on it, and the students will be happy to graduation from it. 11 SAUDI ELECTRONICSAND HOME APPLIANCE INSTITUTE Conclusion In conclusion, we noticed that the institute is well equipped and the labs and classes are well organized which makes the institute a suitable place to study and train in these kinds of fields and technologies. Also for the trainers, they can improve their skills and knowledge with the latest technologies, which can be very effective on their students. The visit of Saudi Electronics and home appliance institute in Riyadh was very exciting and interesting, because we saw many new things and new experience. The effort of the academic partner (the institute from Japan) was obvious, by providing and designing the workshops and determine the devices and equipment there. Also, by train the trainers of the institute in Japan to give them more experience. My opinion: The institute runs by many famous companies that have a very well equipment and have an excellent reputation in their fields. The institute is helpful for the student to get a good education and after that getting a job in many places that the companies offer to them to choose. The institute provides a modern devices and latest technologies to the students, which will help them to fit and to be good with the real world easily. The labor market needs Saudi workers in these fields, so the institute is going on the right way to serve these needs. 12 SAUDI ELECTRONICSAND HOME APPLIANCE INSTITUTE References: 1.
