Directions
1.
Instructor stands in the front of the room and introduces themselves.
2.
Instructor explains what the activity entails.
3.
Instructor starts by demonstrating a warm up.
4.
Participants then mimic the instructor’s movements.
5.
Instructor starts by running in place, and participants mimic.
6.
Next instructor swings arms back and forth, and participants mimic.
7.
Instructor then follows the warm up by demonstrating jab + cross + kick for 50 seconds on, 10 seconds rest, x2.
8.
Participants then repeat instructor’s movements.

Instructor then does a cool down with stretches.

Decrease number of exercises, or decrease amount of time of each exercise.
Ask participants to count out movements, or state words that describe their actions, change the sequence of exercises, give verbal directions without demonstrating the action.

Physically
Repeat directions, do less physical movements at the same time. (i.e.- just punch, but don’t kick)
Add more exercises, add longer and harder exercises, and add extra circuits.
Socially
Give more space to each person, do not insist on any social interaction, or engage in conversation.
Have participants work in pairs, give feedback to each other, ask questions in a group setting about what participants liked or didn’t like about the activity. Ask for volunteers to assist the instructor.
Other Comments
If participants have trouble standing or breathing during the work out have more water breaks, and possibly have participants sit down during the exercise.
