The Spa & Salon is located on the 2nd floor of Margaritaville Resort and may be easily accessed from the guest
elevators.

Spa Reservations
A spa receptionist will assist in custom-designing your spa services for your needs. We strongly suggest making
reservations prior to your arrival to ensure you receive your preferred treatments as requested. When scheduling
your treatments, please let us know if you prefer a male or female therapist, or have no preference. A credit card
is required to guarantee your reservation.
Arrival
Allow yourself time to check in, change and begin the relaxation process before your treatment. We encourage
guests to take advantage of our amenities including the Eucalyptus Steam Shower and Tea Lounge.
What to Wear
Robes and slippers are provided for your comfort. Please remove any jewelry and other valuables prior to your
spa visit.
Cell Phones
We start your tranquil journey with a simple request to turn off cell phones and pagers upon entering the spa.
Age Requirement
Spa services are designed for the enjoyment of our adult guests, The Spa and Fitness Center is appropriate for
guests 18 years of age and older.
Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy
As a courtesy to our guests and staff, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make
your scheduled appointment. Our Therapists are dedicated to their clients for the full time allotted for a service.
Therefore, cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 100% for the scheduled service. Arriving late will
unfortunately deprive you of the full scheduled time with your therapist. As a courtesy to the next guest, your
treatment will end at the time originally scheduled.
Gratuity
Industry standard tipping is 15%-20% of the price of the service provided. However, the amount you leave is
at your discretion.
