Description of award

The candidate’s contribution on “Perceptive, psychological and behavioural determinants of fruit and vegetable consumption in childhood: strategy to prevent obesity” was awarded as the best work with “SISS young researcher awards” granted by Italian Sensory Science Society (SISS).

The candidate’s master degree thesis on “Memory for Sweet Taste in children:

Influence of learning and time of retention” was awarded as the most distinguished thesis of the Faculty of Agricultural and Food Science with “Ivan Dragoni Award”, granted by Milano Ristorazione.

ACADEMIC ACTIVITY

Since 2011: Teaching assistant of the courses Sensory analysis of food and data processing

(Bachelor degree in Food Science and Technology), Sensory analysis of food (Bachelor degree in

Foodservice Science and Technology), Food safety and microbiological and sensorial quality

(Bachelor degree in Sensory Analysis Enological and Viticultural Science) and Psychology of food consumption and food preferences (Master degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition) ,
