From Kilkenny Via Toll Bridge:

After bridge take the first exit left, marked Waterford South
At first roundabout turn left
Continue straight through next roundabout
After passing the WIT sports campus ( on the right hand side ) take a left on the next
roundabout marked old kilmeaden road
5. The Westside Business Park is straight ahead on the right hand side.
6. Upon entering the estate take the fourth turn to the left, unit is number 81, it is on the right
hand side beside Narla engineering.
From Kilkenny Via Old Bridge 1 :
1. Cross bridge and continue straight up the hill until you reach traffic lights. Go straight ahead
until you reach the next lights.
2. There are two right hand turns at the next lights so make sure you take the second right hand
turn.
3. Continue up hill to traffic lights and continue straight on.
4. At small roundabout go straight ahead and keep going until you pass GENZYME on the
right hand side. You will drive past the NCT centre which is in the right hand side
5. Continue through the next large roundabout, marked Carrickpherish, for about 0.6km and
the Westside Business Park is on the left hand side.
6. Upon entering the estate take the fourth turn to the left, unit is number 81, it is on the right
hand side beside Narla engineering.
From Kilkenny Via Old Bridge 2 :

Turn right off the end of Rice Bridge on to Billberry Road ( Grattan Quay).
Continue for 1.3km on Billberry Road.
Turn left on to Quarry Road.
Continue for 0.4 km on Quarry Road.
Turn left on to Gracedieu Road.
Continue briefly for 50 metres on Gracedieu Road.
Turn right on to Knockhouse Road.
Continue for 0.3km on Knockhouse Road.
9. Turn left on to Carrickpherish Road.
10. Continue for 2.1km on Carrickphrerish Road to the Carrickpherish Roundabout.
11. Take the 3rd exit ( right hand turn )
12. The Westside Business Park is on the left hand side.
13. Upon entering the estate take the fourth turn to the left, unit is number 81, it is on the right
hand side beside Narla engineering.

At first roundabout at Waterford, marked Butlerstown, ( Where B & Q is situated ) turn left
At next roundabout marked Old Kilmeaden Road, turn right

From Dungarvan / Kilmeaden New Road:
1. Take last exit before toll bridge, marked Waterford South R710, take 2nd exit at roundabout
and use bridge to cross motorway.
2. At next roundabout take 2nd exit ( straight ahead )
3. Continue straight through next roundabout
4. After passing the WIT sports campus ( on the right hand side ) take a left on the next
roundabout marked Old Kilmeaden Road.
5. The Westside Business Park is straight ahead on the right hand side.
6. Upon entering the estate take the fourth turn to the left, unit is number 81, it is on the right
hand side beside Narla engineering.
From Dunmore Road Area:
1. Keep on outer ring road until you reach the roundabout on the Cork Road, marked
Butlerstown ( where B & Q was situated ) and continue straight ahead heading for the new
bridge
2. At next roundabout marked Old Kilmeaden Road turn right
3. The Westside Business Park is straight ahead on the right hand side.
4. Upon entering the estate take the fourth turn to the left, unit is number 81, it is on the right
hand side beside Narla engineering.
From City via the Cork Road:
1. Keep on the Cork Road heading out past Hasbro / Ballinaneeshagh Cemetery. Keep going
until you reach the roundabout on the Cork Road, marked Butlerstown ( where B & Q was
situated ) and turn right heading for the new bridge
2. At next roundabout marked Old Kilmeaden Road turn right
3. The Westside Business Park is straight ahead on the right hand side.

From City via the Cleaboy / Old kilmeaden Road:
1. Travel up the upper yellow road and at traffic lights keep going straight ahead until small
roundabout
2. Travel straight through this small roundabout and continue on this road, passing Hillview
Estate and Cleaboy Shopping Centre until roundabout at northern extension of the Industrial
Estate.
3. At roundabout continue forward passing the Industrial Estate on the left and the NCT Centre on
the right. Keep straight on, passing Genzyme on the right hand side until the next roundabout.
4. At roundabout marked Carrickpherish , continue forward for about 0.6km and the Westside
Business Park is on the left hand side.
5. Upon entering the estate take the fourth turn to the left, unit is number 81, it is on the right hand
side beside Narla engineering.
