WOW TOURS TRIPS ITINERARY

AMAZING PHILLIP ISLAND
We stay on an amazing Phillip Island hobby farm in accommodation custom designed for our client group.
We roam amongst the paddocks and pat the local farm animals, jump on the trampoline, go for a swim, or maybe
do a spot of fishing.
Day Two - We enjoy a stroll through Cowes for a coffee and cake stop, popular shopping and then enjoy some
time on the foreshore and pier. We visit to the Nobbies, where we have been known to see passing whales.
Some also do the evening visit to the Penguin Parade.
Day Three- It’s going to be amazing with a visit to A Maze’n Things, followed by a very popular visit to the
Amazing World of Chocolate. We may squeeze in a visit to the wildlife sanctuary.
Day Four – San Remo café lifestyle is enjoyable, and we feed the local pelicans and stingrays on our way to
Maru, or stop at Caldermeade farm for lunch.
WARBURTON WANDERINGS
It’s a leisurely drive through the country side to our new gorgeous cottage, amongst native bush and with
wide open spaces. We have afternoon tea, unpack, and so out to explore our surrounds we pat the local
animals on the property.
Day Two – After a leisurely breakfast we set off to experience your “tree change holiday” at the local
orchard, to pick & taste a variety of local produce. We have a BBQ lunch and a tractor train taste tour. If
you’re interested, we can even drop in on the local lavender farm to stimulate the senses, and see wood
turning.
Day Three – We visit Mt Donna Buang Skywalk where we experience a bird’s view and the cool of the forest
canopy. We move on to Bruno’s Art and Sculpture Gardens in Marysville. Nestled amongst the luscious
rainforest setting lives a collection of unforgettable characters lovingly hand crafted by Bruno from clay.
Day Four - After a late breakfast we pack up and leave our country cottage and head for Healesville Sanctuary.
We can see the fantastic native bird show and enjoy a picnic lunch.
THE MANSFIELD FEELING
It’s a scenic drive to the High Country, broken by an afternoon tea stop. Then we head on to our accommodation
at an historical property on 11 acres of farm land. We can roam around the beautiful garden and meet the
animals on the property. If it’s warm enough we can have a dip in the salt pool or just soak our feet.
Day Two – After a tasty breakfast we travel to Gough’s Bay and visit the High Country Maze. We then return to
Mansfield for lunch, enjoy a late afternoon swim, a spot of yabbying and enjoy local activities.
Day Three - We travel north of Mansfield to man-made Lake Nillahcootie, to view the spectacular scenery. We
will visit an attractive picnic ground for a BBQ lunch and enjoy a spot of fishing or wading in the shallows.
Day Four – after a relaxed morning we pack up and then head to Mansfield Zoo to meet Sophia and Miss
Greedy, and appetite permitting, we experience Lion feeding too.
PORTARLINGTON
The popular seaside town of Portarlington is located on the north-eastern corner of the Bellarine Peninsula. It
offers sheltered swimming beaches. This is a popular summer destination, so pack your bathers!
Day Two- We visit the Miniature Steam Railway and experience fun rides on both steam and diesel locomotives,
or stop at Stoneacres Farm, which boasts a large orchard/rose garden/nursery, situated on elevated ground,
offering fine views over the bay. We will enjoy a spot of popular shopping at Newcombe Street and see all that
Queenscliff has to offer. If time permits we can tour the Great Ocean Road.
Day Three- We visit 360Q, located at the Queenscliff Harbour, hosting the site of Victoria's first lighthouse to be
built in 80 year. The 360Q observation deck boasts 360 degree views of Queenscliff, Bellarine and Mornington
Peninsulas. After lunch we will head to Barwon’s Bluff Marine Sanctuary, which is a reef offering a huge diversity
of plants and animals. We can see anything from feather stars and barnacles to rock lobsters, rays and schools
of fish.
Day Four- After we pack we travel to Wallington — A Maze'n Games on Bellarine, which is one of Australia's
largest timber mazes. We relax and try a game of mini golf on the 18 hole mini golf course, or try and solve some
of the large range of puzzles. We have a picnic lunch before our return trip home.
Mt Glasgow
We have a leisurely drive to a scenic farming property at Mt Glasgow, an extinct volcano in the heart of Victoria’s
Central Goldfields. This tour is for lovers of food and animals.
Day Two –we have a morning tea stop at the Chocolate Mill and then explore the mystery Gold Mines,
Lavendula Swiss Italian Farm, to taste their famous lavender scones, or visit to The Tangled Maze, for an
enchanting walk amongst the 3km botanical maze, play Giant Chess and Naughts and Crosses or Mini Golf.
Day Three- We visit Clunes, where we leisurely stroll around the old town for a mandatory stop at the old
confectionary style wall to wall Lolly Shop and Bakery. We return to care, cuddle and feed the farm animals.
Day Four - After a relaxed morning we pack up. We visit Ballarat Wild Life Park to touch and cuddle the local
wildlife, and enjoy a picnic lunch amongst the native wildlife before our trip home.
Clunes
This is another leisurely drive through the heart of Victoria’s Goldfields, to Clunes, where we will stay on a
working farm, operating under bush tender principles. You will get to hold, feed and care for native wildlife and
farm animals everyday. This is a farm stay with lots to see and do.
Day Two- After a relaxed breakfast we will visit The Golden Dragon Museum and Chinese Gardens, home to the
longest dragon in the world. A visit to Clunes on our return trip to the confectionary old style, wall to wall Lolly
Shop and Bakery.
Day Three- We have a relaxed start to the day, then we head off to Lake Weeroona, which hosts a range of
wildlife, including ducks and turtles. There is a good opportunity for a picnic lunch or coffee stop along the way.
After lunch we head off to the Tangled Maze, for an enchanting walk amongst the 3km botanical maze, play
Giant Chess, Noughts and Crosses and 18 Hole Mini Golf.
Day Four-After a hot cooked breakfast we are off to Rosalind Park, an oasis in the city of Bendigo to find
Rosalind Park Cascades Fountain, which was excavated after being buried for 120 years. We climb to the top of
the lookout tower for sensational 360-degree views or wander through the Conservatory Gardens. After our
picnic lunch it’s fun, fun, fun at Confectionery Capers, which is a mechanical extravaganza and, of course, we
can enjoy the lollies at the end before we head for home.
Lake Eildon
We experience a farmstay on one of Victoria’s largest sheep stations, located near Mansfield, Victoria, on the
shores of Lake Eildon, with magnificent views of the High Country, Lake Eildon and Mount Buller.
Day Two- After a hearty breakfast we head to Snobs Creek Freshwater Discovery Centre. The centre has a
range of aquariums and displays, including trout touch tanks and a large feeding pond where visitors can get
close to fish and hand feed them. We have a picnic lunch while we are out, and a relaxed afternoon at the
station, fishing or swimming on the shores of Lake Eildon.
Day Three- We have a relaxed start to the day. We head to Lake Eildon National Park in the northern foothills of
Victoria's Central Highlands for a picnic lunch amidts the natural beauty. After lunch we visit VICTORIA'S
TALLEST TREE Features in the Cumberland Walk. This Mountain Ash is the tallest living tree in Victoria, and
in the Southern Hemisphere. 84m (275 feet).
Day Four- We enjoy High Country mini golf and checkers at Howqua River. When you play golf here you are up
in the Mountain Cattlemen’s country, where we can stop and have a picnic or BBQ before our trip home.
