GDK Fall Checklist 2013-2014 1. Return fall forms (listed on the registration page of the website). Please visit the website at www.Godsdiscoverykids.org and print off the necessary forms to be mailed in or dropped off at the preschool by August 15, 2013. Note: a few of the forms require a physician’s signature. 2. Pay September tuition by August 15 (checks made out to RUMC with GDK & your child’s name in the memo). 3’s: $115, 4’s: $155, 5’s: $180 3. Submit $25 per child party fee (may be included with September Tuition). 4. Attend the Open House (listed below) and bring preschool supplies to Open House. Each family will have time in the classroom to meet the teacher as well as time with the Director to go over program aspects. 5. Send your child to school with a temporary bag. Teddy Bear Portraits will take pictures the 2nd week of school and your child will have the opportunity to purchase a bag. Send in 2 “face shot” photos of your child to be trimmed & used for labeling coat hooks and name tags. Your child’s face should be less than 2 square inches in the photos. Turn in photos prior to Open House. 2. Pack a clear, re-sealable bag with an extra set of clothes (underwear, long pants and long-sleeved shirt) to keep at school. Label the outside of the bag with your child’s name.
