Many of us think of meditation as a spiritual practise that is reserved for
monks that live in monasteries, but in reality, meditation is a simple and
accessible practise that anyone can enjoy and benefit from.
In our frantic modern world, meditation has become one of the most
popular ways for people to relax, de-stress and enhance their quality of
life.
This increase in popularity is also partly due to the fact that over the last
few decades, a huge amount of research and scientific exploration has
been conducted into the benefits of meditation.
As a result, more and more people are beginning to realize that one’s
quality of life depends largely on one’s quality of mind.
Meditation, if practiced regularly, can be a holistic healing experience as
you will find benefits in four areas, such as physical, mental, emotional
and for those who are on a spiritual path even on a spiritual level.

This meditation will help you to:

2) Positive Visualisation Meditation & Reiki around
head*
After releasing all the stress, worries and detoxing your mind
the focus now is on visualising your desired outcome in life,
whether it be the perfect job, your own start-up, finding the
right partner or building a family etc.
20 Minutes
*While you are all meditating I will be working around your
heads with Reiki energy to further speed up the
detoxification process of your mind.

1) Removing your Heart Walls exercise
20 Minutes
I will be working with your subconscious minds to see
whether you have any heart walls, which are preventing you
from attracting love into your life or from loving
unconditionally or being loved. Once any trapped emotions
have been identified, we will release these with magnets.

Chopra: For attracting love and being in love & Reiki

1) Remove Self-Confidence Issues Exercise
30 Minutes
I will be working with your subconscious minds to identify any
trapped emotions that may be hindering you to be more self
confident. Once identified, we will remove these emotions with
magnets.
2) EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Exercise: I like
myself as I am
10 Minutes
We will be tapping on our meridian lines while using NLP and
positive affirmations to increase self-confidence. EFT is the
emotional version of Acupuncture. We use the same meridians
but without needles.

3) Guided Self-Confidence Meditation

1) Improving Immune System Exercise
40 Minutes
I will be working with your subconscious minds to identify any
trapped emotions that may be causing your immune system to be
weaker. According to Eastern Medecine any illness has its roots in
energy disruptions caused by suppressed emotions or negative
thinking patterns. Once these emotions have been identified we
will release them with magnets.

1) Positive Affirmations & NLP & EFT (Emotional Freedom
Technique)
We will be using Positive, Feel-Good Affirmations with NLP and
EFT to reinforce positive thinking and letting go of limiting belief
patterns about ourselves.

2) Forgiveness Guided Meditation
In order to be truly happy we need to free ourselves from anger
and forgive others and ourselves for whatever has happened in
the past.
