National Resource Management LLC, an Engineering and Construction company is seeking Computer
Operators to support a Department of Energy (DOE) project located in Oak Ridge, TN. This will be a long
term assignment.
Non-Exempt (Falls under the Service Contract Act: Hourly Wage + $4.02/per hour (Health & Welfare) +
11 Paid Holidays + 10 Paid Vacation Days – Paid upon reaching year anniversary)






Background:
The client has an enterprise database system titled, Strategic Materials Analysis & Reporting Topography
(SMART). Palantir Technologies Gotham Platform provides the foundation for this system and is the
system all analyzed data is placed. To expand the data containing with SMART, at a reasonable cost, a
group of off-site (Not located at client site) computer operators level 1 to 5 with Plantir and supply chain
decomposition experience is required.
The SMART system is an ongoing project and is anticipated to last for up to 2 years and 6 months.
Purpose:
The company is seeking computer operators to decompose supply chains for over 100 unique materials.
At least 3 computer operators shall be Full Time (average at least 32 hours per week), categorized as
Computer Operator 5; and the remaining computer operators will be part-time individuals with at least
3 being categorized at computer operators 3-4 level.
The computer operators shall identify mines for each assigned material, companies related to refining
and processing of the materials, and identifying platforms that contain the material. Raw information
shall be provided by a combination of government and industry document, external databases, and
other sources. Some of the information will be provided directly by the Company while the majority of
raw info must be found independently by the computer operator. The raw info must be then analyzed
and high value knowledge entered into Palantir Technologies’ Gotham Platform database. Material
supply chains of greater significance shall be assigned to Computer Operator 5.


Computer Operator 5 – Possess at least one year of experience using Palantir Gotham and
extensive supply chain decomposition proficiency, either completion of two-year degree or at
least 60 credits towards a four-year degree
Computer Operator 4 – Possess at least one year of experience using Palantir Gotham and
supply chain decomposition familiarity, at least 30 credits hours completed towards a two-year
or four-year degree

Computer Operator 3 – Possess at least one year of experience using Palantir Gotham and
general knowledge of supply chain decomposition. High School Diploma or GED
Computer Operator 2 – Possess at least 6 months experience using Palantir Gotham, High
School Diploma or GED
Computer Operator 1 – Experience using database software and High School Diploma or GED
Tasks:
Computer Operators shall assist the Company with the following. All the tasks shall be assigned by the
Company Technical Project Officer (TPO).
 Develop material supply chains in Palantir (materials shall be assigned by the company)
 Research material supply chain issues
 Draft sections of the report narrative, as needed
 Develop corresponding data assessment and analyses strategies
 Assist with R&D of mitigation tactics for strategic materials
 Assist in development of Standard Operating Procedures and SMART system instructional
manual
 Review and refine procured datasets to allow for improved dataset integration into the SMART
system
 Participate in SMART system ontology reviews
 Travel for SMART specific training at the request of the Company
o Washington DC for 5 days for one individual per year
o Trip to Orlando, FL for 4 days for one individual per year
