Terms and Conditions
Participants on this workshop and associated activities do so on the understanding and acceptance that watersports
are an adventurous activity and as such will always carry some inherent risk. And that while the ISA, it’s employees
and contractors will take every precaution to ensure their safety, some risk to participants will always remain.
While every effort will be made to run the workshops and activities as described the ISA may cancel, curtail or
reschedule all or part of a workshop. In the event that this happens; those booked onto a course will be offered
paces on an alternative workshop or a refund on fees paid. No other obligation will or shall be placed on the ISA.
In the event that a candidate cancels a booking or does not take up the place; the ISA may at its discretion retain the
full fee paid. This would ordinarily only be done where the ISA is unable to fill the place.
