Please mail this completed form to the National Queen Chairman as soon as your state has crowned
a queen. This will enable the new queen to receive the latest information in a timely manner. Deadline
for the sponsorship is July 5 of said year. The sponsorship letter from the state’s Hereford Women’s
Association and dues for state members must be paid to the National Hereford Women no later than
August 1 of said year for a state queen to be eligible for the National Queen Contest.
