During the period of 15-18 July, 2014, TIA TR-45.5 meetings were held at the Aloft Hotel in Dalian,
China.

1. Call to Order: The TR-45.5 Plenary was called to order on 15 July 2014, at 09:02 AM Local time by
Chair Orlett W. Pearson, Alcatel-Lucent and recessed at 9:31 AM. The meeting quickly reconvened
to address two documents approved out of TSG-AC.

The Chair referred all attendees to the TIA IPR policy on the TIA website and directed compliance
with that policy.
