Online Registration for Girls
Online registration for girls and their families
was a huge success!
The journey through implementation would not have been
as smooth or successful if we didn't have your patience,
understanding and steadfast support.
Thank you, you truly are our SUPERSTARS!
Enhancements to Online Registration
As successful as online registration was, no
implementation is without a few hiccups.
The summer was spent identifying areas where
improvements and streamlining are necessary. I don't
want to give away any surprises but the enhancements may
include coaches having the ability to view progress of their
groups online registrations....Shhhhh
Empowerment,
Responsibility,
Intentionality,
Diversity,
Connectedness, Joy,
Optimism, Gratitude,
Nurturing, Healthy,
Open-hearted,
Compassion
Details surrounding all of these exciting enhancements will
be announced in a future newsletter and covered at
Return Coach Kick Off meetings.
Return Coach Kick Off Meetings
Announced
Only one member of the Volunteer Coach Team is
required to attend the season Kick Off meeting. Please
know that all members of the team are welcome and
encouraged to join us.
Curriculum and registration materials along with pertinent
information regarding enhancements to our systems and
processes will be discussed.
In an effort to further streamline our coach registration
process, you will now reserve your seat at the same time
you register as a Coach Team member for the upcoming
2015 spring session.
We believe that every girl
can embrace who she is,
can define who she wants
to be,
can rise to any challenge,
can change the world.
Can.

Background Checks
All members of the volunteer coach team regardless of
their role within the team must be registered and have a

Background checks are good for 2 years. Many of you
that are returning for your third or more season may be
due for a new check. It is our responsibility to notify you
if further action is required.
The expense of the check is absorb by Girls on the Run
Vermont and is a requirement of our liability insurance
carrier as well as our national organization.
