Workday Open Lab Demos On January 4, 2016, Bowdoin will be moving to a new integrated Human Resources, Payroll, and Time Tracking system called Workday. Workday will replace HRforYou, Ceridian, and TimePro. It allows individuals to manage personal information and provides managers at all levels with access to staffing and organization information. Access to most information will be available online, from any device, using a Bowdoin username and password to log in. The Workday Implementation Team has planned a series of open lab demos to introduce Workday to all staff and faculty. The demos are concise half hour sessions that introduce key concepts in Workday. They are an opportunity to see basic features and ask questions. Some staff may want to attend multiple sessions based on their role(s) at the College. The demos are not intended to be training on the new system. Full training will be provided closer to the launch of Workday. A description of the scheduled demos is below. The entire series will be offered on Thursday, December 10th and again on Wednesday, December 16th.
