teachers should provide students with the appropriate tools in order to succeed in and out of the classroom. I believe that, as an educator, I must encourage my students to put forth their best effort which will allow students to maximize their full potential. Teachers must exhibit a passion for children and the subject they are teaching. I believe students are less likely to learn from a teacher who does not show caring for children and enthusiasm for the subject. I believe that every student should have equal access to educational opportunities no matter their personal background or learning style. Each student wants to learn as much as they can to be successful in life. I want my students to embrace their differences and their cultures that make them who they are. My classroom will be a setting in which students can do this. I believe in collaboration with other teachers. I will look to others for guidance, support as I improve my teaching skills. I also look forward to the opportunities to share ideas. Collaboration will also take place with my students as we work together on such activities such as performances and composing. I am excited to work in the classroom and learn many new things. I hope that my skills and knowledge that I have acquired will help me towards my goals as a teacher. I am excited to be given this opportunity to work with other teachers, students, and other faculty.
