Instructional Coaches’ Agenda- 12-15-14 Objective: Participants will apply coaching strategies to increase the quality of the learning environment by completing feedback forms with coaching suggestions from the Teaching & Learning Instructional observation/evaluation rubric. Participants will collect data on SIP goals and PBIS initiative by completing four walk-through SIP forms. 1.) 10:30-10:32: Review objective and focus for today 2.) 10:33- 10:45: Rubric review: In groups use highlighters to distinguish between Highly Effective, Effective, Developing, and Ineffective. 3.) 10:46-10:48: Review walk through expectations: - Each member completes SIP walk through forms - Team completes HE, E, D, or IE for Quality Learning Environment with evidence – place on poster- put content area & not teacher’s name - One member fills out feedback form and plans coaching meeting - Each leader completes reflection questions Lunch Schedule 4.)
