Thursday Students will examine how Enlightenment ideas influenced the Founders’ beliefs about individual liberties and government by discussing how the students’ influences in life have shaped them. Friday Students will evaluate the influence of Montesquieu and Locke’s ideas on the Founding Fathers by sorting the Founders Library to where they have influenced our Constitution. Measurable Objective Students will explore their civics teacher and the environment of the classroom by interviewing their teacher and each other.
