Call for Nominations Nomination for election as a Director of the Board of Healthy North Coast Ltd trading as North Coast Primary Health Network Nominations open on 21 October 2015 and must reach Healthy North Coast Ltd trading as North Coast Primary Health Network (NCPHN) no later than 5:00pm AEST on Monday 9 November 2015. Prospective candidates should include with their nomination form a completed Application Form explaining the Candidate’s suitability/qualifications to be an Elected Director. The Application Form must be received no later than 5:00pm AEST on Monday 9 November 2015. Candidates will be sent an acknowledgement of their nomination by email.
