1. Masters Races at Mt Hotham – 22nd & 23rd August
This event will now to occur over the full weekend. The Mt Hotham Ski Co is currently finalising
hill space and resources. Advice to hand is that the GS will be an early morning start on the
Saturday, followed by the SL on Sunday at a later hour. Race details and entries must be made
at the Mt Hotham Ski Co’s website: www.mthotham.com.au
Race Training, is scheduled for Thursday 20th and Friday 21st August. Details will be
announced immediately they are known.
This return of Masters racing to Mt Hotham is sponsored by the Mt Hotham Resort Management
Board (MHRMB) with free resort parking for all competitors during the two days of racing. To
take advantage of this generous sponsorship, competitors must advise MHRS member: Stephen
McKittrick in advance of arrival at the resort (stephen@sgl.com.au or by mobile phone 0418 399
933) to provide: your name; mobile phone number; vehicle registration number and the
make of vehicle.
Additional days spent at the resort must be paid for in accordance with the published terms of
resort entry, obtainable at: www.mthotham.com.au. The system is automated using number
plate recognition, so there is no paperwork. If difficulties are encountered, just call the RMB on
03 5759 3550.
2. Notice of Annual General Meeting
The AGM, will be held immediately following the forthcoming Presentations function at the
Guthega Inn, on 4th September 2015 at approximately 2.00pm.
A Notice of Meeting and Nomination forms for 2015/16 Office Bearers will be available at
www.mastersskiing.com, or from the Secretary Bruce Long- bruce.r.long@gmail.com
3. Annual Subscriptions
Unpaid 2014/15 Subscriptions are now overdue. Please heed the Treasurers earlier request for
prompt payment and make his job much easier.

All four events will count for the FIS Masters Cup 2015/16.
Maintaining the tradition, Overall South American Cup titles will be awarded to the winners of
each category in the four events.

the period of September 14th to 21st: at the Hotel Tres Puntas for US$ 160,00 per day/per person

At the Condominiums: Double apartments (for couples as it has only one king size bed, one
bathroom and a small kitchen) for US$ 170,00 per day/per person in double occupation including
half board and ski lift ticket.
Triple apartments (for two people has one king size bed plus one sofa bed in the living, one
bathroom and a small kitchen) for US$ 190,00 per day/per person in double occupation including
half board and ski lift ticket.
Triple apartments (for three people has one king size bed plus one sofa bed in the living, one
bathroom and a small kitchen) for US$ 155,00 per day/per person in triple occupation including
half board and ski lift ticket.
