TEQSA Provider Information Request (PIR)
31 Oct
TEQSA makes an annual request for information under section 28 of the TEQSA Act,
known as the Provider Information Request (PIR), from some registered higher
education providers in the sector. This ensures a core data set is available across all
providers in the sector, given that many providers do not currently report through the
Department of Education's existing national collections. TEQSA has structured the PIR to
ensure that where providers are already reporting required data through existing higher
education collections they do not need to supply the same information to TEQSA.
