Emphasis will include evaluating, diagnosing and developing individual performance improvement options, needs analysis, curriculum development and delivering training solutions for individuals, departments and the corporation as a whole. Responsibilities: Coordinate and deliver training programs in an engaging, inspirational manner to all corporate employees, including management, professional, administrative and clerical levels. Conduct needs analysis and makes recommendations to management regarding corporatewide development needs. Act as internal consultant to line managers, proposing, developing and matching customer needs with proper development solutions to business problems. Curriculum development to include research, appropriate learning methodology, creation of classroom training materials, job aids and presentation materials. Facilitate both classroom learning, distance learning and individual development scenarios, modifying communication style to reach different audiences as appropriate. Schedule and coordinate training class participation. Maintain Employee Development Library. Assist in the review, coordination, and facilitation of third party or external programs, schools, and courses as needed to meet the training and development needs of the organization. Monitor and measure effectiveness of all training programs, provide reports as requested. Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization by maintaining a positive and professional learning environment. Works effectively as a team member with employees, members of management and the human resources staff. Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate a variety of learning solutions using various methodologies and media: e-learning, job aides, instructor-led courses. Performs other tasks as directed. Assist employee services with other special projects. Assist with employee orientation. Qualifications: Bachelor Degree Two years education, training, or human resources experience (or combination) Knowledge of current adult learning techniques with the ability to conduct training needs assessment, analyze and interpret results Knowledge of key instructional design methodologies and adult learning. Familiarity with either ADDIE and/or DMADDI processes. Exhibits exceptional interpersonal communication skills to foster and strengthen relationships with the business partners to support training initiatives. Strong attention to detail. Ability to multi-task, organize workload, and prioritize work effectively Experience with Adobe Suite products. Experience with Captivate Ability to review, enhance, and implement training offerings Clean, valid driver’s license and the ability to travel and stay overnight when necessary Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of employees and management Ability to assimilate information and make decisions; work under pressure in a detailed, organized manner Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
