Appeals to Welsh Ministers If you are aggrieved by the decision of the County Planning Authority to refuse consent for the proposed work to a tree or trees subject to a Tree Preservation Order, or to grant consent subject to conditions, you may by notice served within 28 days of receipt of this decision, appeal to Welsh Ministers in accordance with procedures set out in the Tree Preservation Order. The Welsh Ministers have the power to extend this period if they are satisfied that you have deferred giving notice of the appeal because you were negotiating with the County Planning Authority with regard to the proposed work Notice of an appeal should be given on the prescribed form, obtainable from the Planning Inspectorate, Crown Buildings, Cathays Park, Cardiff. If you would like a Welsh speaking inspector to hear any appeal against the County Planning Authority's decision you should make the request at the same time your appeal is lodged. 2.
