[HPGM] 2014 Graduate
Scholarship Program
Criteria:
 Applicants must be of Hispanic heritage.
 Applicants must be a legal U.S. citizen and a resident of the state of Wisconsin.
 Applicants must be pursuing an advanced degree (i.e. MBA, MA/S, Ph.D., J.D.,
EMBA).
 Applicants must be enrolled in at least six credits for the Fall 2014 semester.
 Applicants must have completed a minimum of 6 credits or equivalent by application
deadline.
 Applicants must keep HPGM informed of all academic progress and achievements.
 Applicants must attend the HPGM Annual Meeting held on August 22nd, 2014 (if
awarded a scholarship).
*Application is available in the Alverno College Financial Aid Office.
Criteria:
 Applicants must submit a 400-600 word essay on the topic noted.

Criteria:
 Applicants must be enrolled as an undergraduate student in an accredited college or
university.
 Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident of the United States.
 Applicants must be in pursuit of their first bachelor's degree. (Students who have
already obtained a bachelor’s degree are not eligible.)
 Applicants will be asked to submit an essay on one of the topics listed.

 Applicants must be a U.S. citizen accepted to or currently attending an accredited school
within the United States.

Criteria:
 Applicants must be current students in an undergraduate nursing degree program at an accredited
college or university or high school students who have been accepted into a college and plan to
study nursing.
 All applicants must have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.0.
 Applicants must be a legal resident of the USA or hold a valid student visa.

 Applicant must be a full-time student (minimum 12 semester units) at an accredited university
in the United States.
 Applicant must maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5.
 Applicant must be a citizen of the United States, or have a valid green card.
