ponies to go forward to the Suffolk Final at the Area 16 BSPS Winter Qualifying Show @ Newton

1. If riders choose to jump Hors Concours in any ring they will become ineligible to compete in later classes.
1a. On show-day, no prize-winning horse/pony jumping under BSJA rules may compete in unaffiliated jumping classes.
2. The Judges and Organisers ruling is final
3. The Show Committee reserves the right to refuse entries without stating a reason.
4. All jumping competitions will be limited to 50 starters.
5. Any objections must be made to the Secretary in writing and accompanied by a £5 deposit; returnable if objection is
sustained.
6. No claim can be entertained for anything that may happen to competitors, spectators, their property, servants or horses
in connection with, or arising out of this show.
7. Entries in classes 1-9 (Ring 1) confined to registered horses and ponies to be ridden by members in accordance with
BS Rule 79.
8. Dogs to be kept on a lead at all times.
9. Hard hats to standard PAS 015 or EN 1384 must be worn when riding AT ALL TIMES.
10. Prizes may be withheld in all competitions if there are insufficient entries.
11. All competitors are expected to comply with the Health & Safety requirements whilst on the showground.
12. Where applicable age of child to apply at date of show.
13. Horses/ponies to be minimum 4 years old for all ridden classes.
14. No member shall allow a stallion for which he/she is responsible as owner, lessee, authorised agent or rider to
compete or be prepared to compete, in any show jumping competition without taking adequate precautions to ensure
other members of the public are not put at risk of injury.
15. Advice from our Insurers: The onus is on every rider who suffers a fall or anybody who suffers an injury whilst on the
showground to report the injury to the Show Secretary.
16. LATE ENTRIES - SUBJECT TO £2.00 EXTRA PER CLASS. No late entries will be taken after the class has started.
