Has provided unaudited Financial Statements or 2. Applies the NZIFRS Differential Reporting or the NZIFRS Reduced Disclosure Regime and has not disclosed its R&D Expenditure as per IAS38, even if the financial statements have been audited. The Review Certificate should be completed by an appropriately qualified Public Practising Chartered Accountant who is independent of the Applicant; i.e. not an employee.
