MVP PLASTICS DEBUT’S NEW HEALTHIER PLATES AND BOWLS TO THE
DINNERWARE MARKET
Falconer, New York (January 14, 2015) MVP Plastics, also know as Jamestown MVP,
LLC introduced healthier new dinnerware products to the market. MVP has produced 9
and 6 inch plates and 12 ounce bowls using new and modern technology. The plates
and bowls are produced from polypropylene (#5 recyclable), making MVP more
competitive in the plastic dinnerware industry. MVP plates and bowls were the first of
our four products to launch, with American Performance line shortly there after. In the
next year we will be launching more colorful and upscale product lines.
Our company CEO Jacob Deutsch worked closely with contractors to install the best
equipment and superior technology with in our 150,000 square foot facility. Our
operation contains a research and development department, as well as warehousing
and manufacturing.
Andy Krupsha sales manager for MVP plastics says, with the news of NYC ban on all
styrene foam products we are in the right place at the right time.
As more states and municipalities around the country ban styrofoam plates and cups,
our products are becoming more desireable in today’s world. Our products have been
designed as a nontoxic and healthier alternative to the polystyrene and foam plates
currently used. Our plates and bowls are Styrene free. You can use them in the
microwave without risking styrofoam components from leaching into your food and is
economically priced.
On ABC nightly new when asked about styrofoam, Dr. Landrigan of Mt. Sinai School of
medicine, has said “it makes sense for people in ther personal lives to minimize their
exposure.” The National Institute of Health says “that there is mounting evidence that
styrene, a component of that little white cup, may cause leukemia and lymphoma.”
These little foam coffee cups are produced out of the same components used in
styrofoam plates and bowls. To see the ABC report on the connection to styrene
causing cancer please go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kfMBV6QNZls. Or to
