research on History of Arts (PC -3);

research on History of Arts (PC -4);

seminars, prepare and edit scientific papers (PC

Ability to analyze and explain historicalcultural, formally graphic, semantic, sociocultural and other aspects in History of Arts
evolution; and the role of human factor and
civilization in the World artistic culture
processes development, Universal History and
History of Russian art (PC -7);
Ability to prepare analytical information (taking
into account historical-cultural, fine arts,
artistic, civilization contexts) for the decision
making of state authorities and local authorities

functions of regional history, functions of
heritage preservation, study, and propaganda in
the activities of cultural organizations (state run
public authorities and local authorities,
